I am nicely sore, today....this means my heavy-weight sessions are working! Again! This is good news.

I hope to feel the drop in my appetite from reducing my cardio. This will help with fat-loss, too.

Tomorrow is my "double day" - I have to get in all of my weight-lifting PLUS a cardio session. Doable.

I am confident I will end this month having met my exercise goals.

I am REALLY SORE today - so yesterday's "double day" was tougher than I had anticipated...I will have to think about how to re-design Wednesdays going forward.
