Weight loss is really slowing down but I was 193 pounds December 1st and am now 181 ... by end of December I want to be in 170s. By February 13th Costa Rica trip, I want to be in 160s but that might be a reach. Patience, patience, patience. Have a wonderful day, All

So for this thread, we all post what our starting weight is at the beginning (starting weight = SW) and the first one who loses 5 pounds "wins" and makes the next thread (which is why this is the 5 lb challenge #382). So yours would be

SW:172
GW:167

And then if you get to 167 before someone else gets to goal, you make the next thread and we all move over there. If someone else gets there, your new starting weight would be whatever you weigh that day and you all start over working to a new 5 pounds.
