gardenerjoy - Thanks, these challenges are such useful practice for learning how not to make the perfect the enemy of the good. I've decided it's all about improving from the baseline. I appreciate that you set these challenges up each month! :) They're great learning experiences.

The extra steps are really helping. My weight is going down quicker than it usually does this month. Goes to show how sedentary I was before! :o

I am keeping it modest, my goal is 700 minutes of intentional exercise, and I will add gardening minutes at a half rate.

May 01 - 48 min. weighted cardio and abs; 3 hours raking and gardening=90 min; 128/700
May 02 - 4 hours raking/gardening/hauling water=120 min; 248/700
May 03 - Leslie Sansone weighted cardio, 30 min; 278/700
May 04 - 0
May 05 - Cardio Force dvd weighted cardio and abs, 30 min; 308/700
