gardenerjoy - Thanks, these challenges are such useful practice for learning how not to make the perfect the enemy of the good. I've decided it's all about improving from the baseline. I appreciate that you set these challenges up each month! :) They're great learning experiences.
The extra steps are really helping. My weight is going down quicker than it usually does this month. I am keeping it modest, my goal is 700 minutes of intentional exercise, and I will add gardening minutes at a half rate.
