Thumbs up April Exercise Challenge

We're not fooling, we're getting serious about our workouts!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

March was a total bust, so I look forward to a new month!
My goal will be 500 minutes of intentional exercise.

Apr1: 30 min outdoor walk (2 miles)
Apr2: 30 min walk (2 mi)
Apr7: 60 min walk (4 mi)
Apr10: 30 min walk (2 mi)
Apr16: 30 min walk (2 mi)

Total: 180

My goal is 14 dvd workouts.

I'll be doing a lot of overtime this month plus working on other projects. My weakness is keeping up with exercise when life gets busy. I'm determined to finally achieve that this month!

My goal is 1100 minutes of exercise this month.

April 1 - 50 minutes (1050 remaining)
April 6 - 120 minutes (930 remaining)
April 8 - 30 minutes (900 remaining)
April 10 - 125 minutes (775 remaining)
April 11 - 30 minutes (745 remaining)
April 12 - 120 minutes (625 remaining)
April 13 - 120 minutes (505 remaining)
