CW: 268.3(-24) GW #1: 277.7(5%) GW #2: 263(10%) I am very happy with my progress this challenge! 24lbs down! I made my first goal and was within 5lbs of my second. I look forward to the next challenge. I'll have to think about my new goal. Will the next one be until summer? |

stlrsgrl 16 in 6 weeks is amazing!! Look at how close you are to onederland! momtopands Congrats on meeting your first goal and for coming so close to your second!!!!!! I did not even come close, but I am very happy to be in the 160's again :carrot: boop You starting the next one, or are we piggy backing off this one? I can start one if your not up for it too, just let us know!! SW: 176.8 CW: 167.4 (-9.4) GW: 156 |
kfunk, Thank you, I am Soo close to onederland, Soo excited. Just out of curiosity Kfunk, I noticed we are the same height, how bad is your extra skin or were you able to tone it up at all? Congrats has met their goals and to everyone who is closer to them.

I started the next challenge thread and hope everyone here will join!
Spring to Summer Challenge Congrats to everyone who participated in this challenge!! :celebrate: |
stlrsgrl I’m 33 and have yo-yoed for the past 20 years so take this for what it’s worth. My upper arms are pretty bad. When I pinch them I there is still some fat though so that gives me hope. My stomach is not as bad as I thought. I have had 2 kids so I have a pooch under my belly button that has some puckering but I expected worse. Again, still lots of fat there so I’m hopeful. My inner thighs have some wrinkling but it’s not too bad. I am going to take photos in my swimsuit before and after I am done with the 30 day shred. If I’m brave enough I will post them but if I’m not I will still send them to you privately if you want. I have lost my weight with diet changes, I think people who have worked out in combination with diet changes would be much less soft.

Just wrapping up with my last weigh-in for the challenge:
SW: 209.4 CW: 187.4 GW: 184.4 Total Loss: 22.0 lbs. So, I fell exactly three pounds short of my 25 lbs goal, but - after my slow month in February - I am more than happy with that and the 22 lbs I did lose. Thank you for doing this challenge...I will definitely be joining you guys in the next! See you there! |
kfunk, Thanks for the info, I am alot older than you at 46. Last time I lost weight, although I didn't reach goal weight, my thighs looked as though they were melting. I am really concerned about having an apron when I reach goal but I will cross that bridge when I come to it.
boop, Thank you for starting the next challenge thread, I will be there. |
ophelia :carrot: 22 lbs. is amazing!!!!
stlrsgrl I am concerned about having an apron as well. As of right now, I still have one, but it looks a lot better than before. I am planning on saving for a tummy tuck once my husband and I are confident that we are done having kids. I have looked at a lot of before and after shots and my stomach looks the same (or better) than many of the before shots. This gives me hope because I still have about 30 lbs. to go. |
