kfunk I cut one in half but do not fold it in half. It's bakes up to a nice thin crisp. I'm starting to get to the point of wanting to experiment more. Great job on your numbers! C7KB I bet you could fry them in some EVOO. Let me know if you try it. I've thought that heating them up with some cream cheese and cinnamon might be good for a treat too. C7KB - The salad bar really helps keep me focused, I have to avoid the frozen yogurt machine, most days I do pretty good and some days I plan for the treat! It is hard to find a decent place that has a salad bar, I think Pizza Pie Cafe's salad bar is pretty good, my kiddos love their pizza too. Boopchick - Thank you, hope you also have a good weekend. |

Great job everyone! This week has been blah, but I am pretty much where I was last week due to TOM so i'm ok with that. Hopefully i'll be going back down now. Another exercise win, I added another day and did a short strength training day on Saturday after working all night. SW: 292.3 CW: 282.9 GW: 277.7(5%) |

Agree with everyone else about how incredibly frustrating it is how easily the our weight goes up but how long it takes to go back down! Ugh! Is everyone taking measurements? It's so important. C7KB That is so awesome that you got EXTRA stuff that wasn't on your list done! I am going to channel your energy this weekend to get my stuff done!! Great job on eating well last week and nice loss!! Adding the PB in sounds like a good plan!! That is pretty darn good that you are able to exercise/lift and keep your calories low. I have a hard time doing both things at the same time and that is why I chose to focus on the diet part first. I did work out 2 days this weekend though and plan on doing it tonight as well! I hope that your headaches get better :hug:

SO, yesterday was a good day, I was on point with my calories at under 1500 and completed the first workout for "NRLW" , although i was under my steps at 9000 for the day, I feel pretty good about what I accomplished. My sodium intake was high so gonna watch that today.

C7KB How did the reduction in caffeine go yesterday? I hope that it helps with your headaches and noise sensitivities, that is no fun to live with issues like that.
I feel like PB is underrated, I love it!! Good job on your calorie range for the week, I hope you see a little movement for the 1st!! Thank you! I did an hour last night on the treadmill too. I am really liking it. I don't watch TV so it was fun to put on an entertaining show to keep me entertained! stlrsgrl43 Congrats on having a great day!! I want to work on lowering my calories a bit to get to the 1500 range. What is "NRLW"? 173.8 no change. Yesterday I ate 1750 calories, had over 200 oz of plain water and did an hour on the treadmill. Working on reducing the calories a bit for today. |

C7KB Great job on cutting back on your caffeine consumption, that is not easy!! Thank you!! I did another hour last night, drank 140 oz of water and had 1550 calories, so it was a good day all around. You just reminded me that I should be wearing my fit bit!! That is funny that yours only registers when you are moving your left arm. I like TV, but with my schedule the only time I have available to watch it would be after the kids go to bed and by that time I chose sleep every time!! I am going to try putting the PB in the fridge!! Do you ever make peanut butter balls? I am sure there are healthier versions, that you can make, but I am talking about the ones that are coated in chocolate. I don't think that cocoa powder is very caloric. I was just listening to the radio and I guess there are websites devoted to PB and all of the things you can do with it hahah! I am glad that you saw a loss on the scale, it all adds up!! 172.6 this morning. I hope that everyone has a great day! |

I've had a busy week so haven't been able to check in as often. Weighing in at 177.0 this morning. That 100 pound milestone seems so close but just out of reach.
