gemini oh no... I was hoping that you would avoid getting sick... I hope that you feel better very soon!! I hope Fridays weigh in goes well! Drink tons of water to flush that bloat!!

boop I got super lucky last night and my mother in law wanted to order pizza instead of going out to eat so I brought some oatmeal and a kind bar from home and ate that instead. We are leaving for our mini out of town trip today and I decided I would bring coffee for the ride up, we are stopping for a really early dinner (4 pm) and then I will eat scrambled eggs for breakfast at the hotel. I will then eat a light dinner when we get home and hope that the sodium from the restaurant doesn't get me. Before if I had a bad weekend I could get back down by Tuesday or Wednesday but now it can take 2 weeks to get back to where I was so I really stress about going off plan.

I had a rough weekend with food. I am 177.2 this morning and am back on track. Hopefully it wont take too long to undue the damage, but it might

kfunk my egg & cheese wrap consisted of 2 eggs with shredded mozzarella on a low carb wrap. I sometimes add veggies too but it's a quick and easy on plan meal for me. I use the 8" Tumaro's low carb multigrain tortillas which are 60 calories and 4g net carbs.

gemini hope you are feeling much better! That scale better behave on Friday or I'll help you kick it! You definitely deserve a lower number.

gemini I am glad that you are starting to feel better! That is a bummer about your internet, I really hate when that happens!! The trip was so much fun!! I wish we could afford to do more things like that! Thanksgiving was bad, Friday was good, Saturday was bad, Sunday was REALLY bad, Monday was good, and yesterday was bad. My coworker brought in a really delicious cheese cake desert, so I had 3 pieces, naughty!! I don't know if I have ever tried fruitcake before, it was nice of you to bring that so your mom could enjoy it! I hope that you are back up to 100% very soon.

I hope that your weigh in on Friday shows your hard work!!

Hi darlings! Back from Thanksgiving and still not recovered. Got complimented on my figure upon returning from my trip which was confusing as I bloated up a full pants size over the holiday, hahaha! Back on the wagon. Have been reading through everyone's posts and you all are doing so well, being so committed. I love it! Now I need to get my butt in gear too Happy hump day!

gulf Hi!! It took me days to get back on track after Thanksgiving, but I think I am ready to roll now and am moving back down slowly to the weight I was before I pigged out. Its always nice to hear compliments! I hope your bloat goes away very soon.

gemini I hope that things are looking up for you Water weight is the worst! I hope that you have a huge drop when you stop retaining, I hate the feeling of being bloated. You are doing phenomenal, keep up the hard work!!

gulf I am excited for a fresh start this month too. Last month was MUCH better than my October, but it still could have been even better. How do you feel about rewarding yourself with cupcakes after an on plan week? I know some people dislike using food rewards, but it might give you some extra incentive?!

boop I hope that you see the 180's very soon!~!

176.2 today. I think I accidently consumed too many calories yesterday. I had a large Peppermint Mocha from MCD's and I bet that had 350 calories right there, and it wasn't even good!!
