9/10- 2 hours of digging with a pick and shovel
9/16- construction work and volunteer work, 12K steps & 20 floors of stairs
9/17- construction work, 10K steps & 44 floors of
9/18- 25 minutes cardio (T25) and 20 minutes yoga
9/19- 30 minutes of yoga
9/20- 20 minute walk with the dogs, 10 minutes stretching, 30 minutes resistance training

9/9-4/12 - after washing stinky dog who rolled in goose poop...
9/11-5/12
9/17-6/12 - I can still make it to 12, will be ok with 11 or even 10 as long as I don't quit! Gold medal-12, silver medal-11, bronze medal-10, going for the gold
9/19-7/12
9/21-8/12 dedication, I did them at 9:30, now I don't want to got to bed...lol
9/23-9/12
9/25-10/12 bronze!
Hi ladies!!! Remember me, haha. I fell of hard last month after a semi-solid start. I am going to be joining in next month and will have to figure out a way to push through it! I know there are only a few days left in the month, so no need to add me to the list, but I figured that I would start now instead of putting it off!
