Well my weight loss kinda went to **** at the end of the month. It's mostly due to budgeting - I always run out of money the last 10 days of the month or so, so I'm stuck kinda of living off of whatever I have on hand, which never includes fresh produce because I normally eat that within a few days of purchasing it. Big goal for August is to stay on track better, both physically and financially. I likely won't weigh tomorrow and will just do a weigh in on Monday for my total for July. Regardless, I still saw a downward trend, and I will be taking that positivity and momentum into August!

Started July at 293 and now I'm 282. 11lb lost. Yeah!!
My goal was/is 14lbs. So short with one day to go.
This week has been a difficult battle with the scale. I know I'm not overeating but the scale hasn't moved much so trying to focus on the non scale victories. There are a lot.
No candy bars
No cookies
No bread
No rice
No pasta
No cakes, cupcakes or goodies like that. Donuts etc....
No Starbucks lattes
The bad ..
Caught virus whilst traveling and sucked on 3 packs of throat lozenges. I HATE coughing in public. Also several doses of Thera Flu. So that messed up my carb intake. I am following the KETO diet and the sugar put me out of ketosis.
Hope everyone did well and accomplished most if not all of their goals.

Well, at this point I'm just hoping to be 256 tomorrow morning. Regardless, I still saw a loss this week. I'm going to try my hand at meal planning for August, so I'll be able to have a lot more control over my eating and exercise. I'll check in one last time tomorrow before beginning on the August weight loss thread.
