May Exercise Challenge
 
Let's track our May Day dances and other forms of exercise together!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

Fell short in April; another fresh start in May!

My goal is 650 minutes of intentional exercise.

May1: 25 min walk
May 4: 10 min walk
May 6: 65 min walk AM; 25 min walk PM
May 7: 55 min walk PM
May 9: 30 min walk
May 11: 40 min swim and water walk
May 12: 35 min walk
May 13: 55 min walk; 30 min swim
May 14: 30 min exercise bike; 30 min walk
May 15: 30 min walk
May 18: 30 min walk; 15 min swim
May 19: 30 min walk; 20 min swim
May 20: 30 min walk; 25 min water walk
May 23: 30 min walk
May 24: 30 min walk

**** GOAL MET; adding another 150 minutes to goal ****

May 25: 30 min water walk
May 26: 30 min water walk/swim
May 27: 20 min bike
May 28: 55 min swim/water walk

**** GOAL MET; adding another 100 minutes to new goal ****

May 29: 30 min exercise bike; 12 more min bike; 45 min swim
May 31: 15 min water walk

**** GOAL MET (on the last day) ****

Total Minutes: 907

My goal is to walk/jog at least 8 miles a week every week, and improve my time!
