March.1-115 minutes (60 min. walk, 20 min. LS dvd, 20 min. WII step, 15 min. upper bod strength training..including some oblique work,14,364 step)
March.2-85 minutes (Leslie Samsone part 2 and 3, WII adv. step a 15 min.)
March.3-90 minutes (15 min. walk o.d, 40 min. LS dvd, 15 min. WII a.s.a, 17 min. u.b.s.t, 3 min. balance)

I'm going to be brave and increase my goal from 600 to 800 minutes a month.

March 01 - 33 min. Shelly Dose cardio/light weights = 33 min.
March 02 - 42 min. Shelly Dose cardio/weights; 75 min.
March 03 - 45 min. Cardio Force dvd; 120 min.

I've never tried doing this sister challenge to the weight loss thread...but, I figure it is still early enough in the month to try it out this time around! My goal is a minimum of 10k steps a day, or at least 310,000 steps by the end of the month!

Ophelia, it is great to see you here and omg, wtg on the steps!

Great to see everyone! We still have TODAY and tomorrow left to our first! As ALL I know is thank god I got my first week in as I did and the rest of the month feels maneagble. I never know what can knock on lifes door so I just always try to take it day by day and never get cocky!

I so cannot believe that we start a new week Wednesday! It really does go by fast, omg, my kitty is in my lap!

I'm behind on everything right now, including tracking my exercise. I just pulled together my log from scraps of paper on my desk!

Yesterday was an off day, so I took it as a resting period...but, I had a couple much longer days (trying to work up to getting a 5 mile walk in the evenings instead of 4 miles), so I figured it all evens out this week, and I am still ahead of schedule even with the rest day.
