I lost 14 lbs in February and am hoping to keep that consistent through the month of March. However, I will be keeping my "long run" goal of 10 lbs a month...so, while I am hoping for more, anything above 10 lbs will just be a happy bonus! Anyway, I hope everyone has a successful month in
