Weigh-in was 259.0 again today. Yesterday went well, except for being low on water at only 12. Got more than 21k steps in yesterday, though! Proud of that and am feeling a little sore today...I can tell my body isn't used to that, lol. I felt bad about not getting in my walk the day before, so I added a few more loops to my route and the walk ended up being a little over 5 miles. More uphills last night than usual due to the extra loops, so I was feeling it by the time I got home...haha. My husband said he'd join me today for the 4 mile route, so I hope he does. It would be nice to have the company! :)

Yesterday I went way off plan.... but did my steps and exercise and enjoyed it. When I am back from my trip on 6th March I will limit days like that, but, for now I am being kind to myself. Back on track today as even though it is Sunday I need to catch up on some work and do a handover before I go away. Will go on a couple of walks too to get my 10,000 steps in. Woke up late, that was a real treat!

A quick check in as I need to get ready for my trip. No scales for me until a week today, which is quite a scary thought. I am also heading in the wrong direction again! Could make excuses about TOM etc. BUT, actually, my being kind to myself allowed me to buy junk from the supermarket both days of the weekend and that is a habit I want no more!

So..... my March goal is going to be finding and staying in onederland. I am going to focus more on upping my fitness and improving body shape. Also, on being more realistic but still very honest with my eating to try and make this thing stick!

Good luck to everyone for your last weigh in or two. Whatever the numbers show we all stuck at it and held ourselves accountable, whoop! I will try and check in, albeit without any numbers while I am away, if I can get this on my phone.

I'm debating on how I want to phrase my goal/start weight for next month. Tomorrow is my husband and I's first anniversary-ish (part 1 of 4 since we married on leap day). We're going out for steaks and having a big meal. That means March 1st will have a jump but a very temporary one. If I make that higher weight my start weight it'll make it look like I lost more weight than I really did. I'm overthinking this aren't I? Haha, I'll probably set my goal based on tomorrow mornings weight and then just let March 1st weight be what it is.

I also know Thursday will be off plan. I'm testing out a new buttercream frosting recipe and I know with a doubt I'll be tasting..I mean testing it the whole way through.

Btw, yum on the frosting! I used to cake decorate. Next Sunday the family is getting together at a pizza parlor for dad's birthday, that is where he wants to go. I sooo soooo have to be good all week in preparation! lol One day at a time.....let's keep on truckin' :carrot:

Forgot to make a post yesterday, but my weigh-in for both yesterday and today was 258.4...so, it's going to be a slower week overall, but it is still on-target progress. I've been consistent with everything but my water this week, which I've really struggled with. I got 16 in yesterday and only 12 in the day before. So, more than anything, trying to get back on plan with my water is my main focus for today. And, hopefully, I can get one more little drop on the scale for tomorrow before the month ends! :crossed:

Hello there my friends
I have been slacking with my entries, but not with my weight loss. This morning I WI at 102.9. This means I met my second goal (just so-so) and lost in total 6 kgs (13 lbs) this month, most of it within first eight days. My weightloss then stalled for around 20 days and I had a woosh this morning to bring me to my goal. This means I need to set a modest goal for next month, to not get too frustrated about things going slowly.

To everyone who have met their goal for February, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Amazing job.

More important though, to everyone who did NOT meet their goal: please don't get frustrated. I've made this mistake in past, more than once. I would set up what seemed like a reasonable goal, lets say 6 pounds, then I wouldn't reach it, because I lost just 3 pounds instad of 6, and then I would give up, eat whathever I liked, and gain everything back. If only I settled for those 3 pounds, and carried on, I would have been at my goal weight long, long ago. Every single pound down is one pound closer to your overall goal! Just stay strong and carry on!

I'm so behind on logging here! This morning was great to read all the wonderful successes everyone's having, a real treat to know we are doing so well on this journey.

Last week was mid winter break for my kids soooo, what schedule?! By the weekend my routine was so shot it was just chaos around here but back on track now.

I stayed with my plan over the break and weekend, though things are still progressing slowly. I have decided my weight loss is slow because I'm building an uber ripped bod under this fat suit that I shall someday shed and magically see the results. :o;) Ok that's silly but I really am working out lots and dropping inches so somethings got to be happening. My favorite jeans almost fell right off at the store yesterday so that's hard to ignore.

My goal was way too big this month(thought I was still in that initial whoosh phase) but I'm pronouncing my results a win anyway. I've so struggled with these ups and downs but overall I did well.
