I ate too much yesteday following my good weight loss performance this week and was over a pound heavier this morning than yesterday. Oh well it will come back off.

People who have more to lose, will lose faster. Including water weight, but there's nothing wrong with that!

I believe you will still keep losing in big numbers until you reach maybe 150's? Dunno, everyone is different!
