I will join again. I am BFR. I have avoided this forum for a!most 2 years. I got to almost my desired weight and decided to start not counting calories anymore and start migrating towards "regular" eating, watching how much I ate kinda but not exact. When I started eating the foods I had avoided for a year after having lost almost 100 lbs, it felt soooooooooo good. I quit weighing at the same time. My scales have not been pulled out for almost two years. I think I am very close to the weight I started at again, 279, with clothes, which would be about 272 without. I am going to be brave and weigh myself before reporting back.
Gardner, glad to see you still have this challenge going. My highest respect to you. And also do you, Kelipja, I see you are still here and about the same weight as I last remember. But that is.............. OK
Beats the **** out of gaining 100 like I am sure I did.
I will start reading this forum again and join this challenge. I will not set a goal this month other than the goal of getting started again. If I keep up like this past week I will drop a lot, but that is normal for people starting out. I expect to drop like 20 lbs during the first month, which is mostly water loss.
Thanks Gardner, Kel, and good luck you other new people starting out.
