There is no doubt in my mind: I will reach this goal.
My weight is not changing much, maybe 1 pound lost, but at least I am maintaining, which is already an achievement for this time of the year.
I am planning on going on a cleansing one-week diet after Christmas, hopefully will meet weight goal that week.
I'm working to establish a new habit -- 10 min of strength-training every day, mixing up muscle groups so that I don't over-do it. I've got a DVD for that. Two days, so far!
Gardenerjoy - that's a great goal of trying to do 10 min of weights every day - I should probably do the same thing.
