Hi everyone!
Count me in! I am back and happily so! Gardnerjoy, vickilou, monte, keli and to all of you, nice to see some familiar faces and looking forward to meeting you all.
I am trying a new approach this time (basically not focusing on the numbers too much and obsessing with the scale) and focusing on just being OP, eating healthy and putting my energy into each day, taking it one day at a time. I will check my weight at months' end or at the midway point.
I am setting a goal of a 5lb. loss by months end which I feel is a very reasonable goal for me at this month and given the holiday month etc.
Real happy to be here again
