One long walk today, but it was extremely hot (37C or about 99F) with very little breeze, so I was dripping with sweat by the end of the walk. I then went home and hopped into the shower. Phew, I was tired!

I had another successful EXERCISE week. I'm so glad that I did this challenge because I would have given up or been lazy many days. I'm frustrated with the scale so this has kept me sane. Hopefully, the measuring tape will be kinder to me at the end.
