  • My August looks tricky as I'm planning it, so I think I'll set a goal for 1100 minutes. That looks like what I'll end up with for July. My secret hope, though, is 1200 minutes.
  • I met my challenge this month with a total of 361,650 steps, 146.06 miles, and 14 days of Strength.

    My goal is 10,000 steps daily and a strength workout three times a week.

  • I still have injuries, but I think I am going to set a goal of 800 minutes. Will be easy if i dont need wristsurgery and impossible if I do! But I still have to find a doc and get a referral and all that so it could be awhile.
  • I didn't quite make my goal in July because I got sick, but I'm going to go ahead and try for 1200 minutes of exercise for August.

    I now have a rebounder so I hope to get using it.

    I will set my goal for 550 minutes this month.
    I need to start putting movement and activity in my life.
    I hope this will be the beginning of a new way of life...
    AND!! I hope I will begin to enjoy it.

  • I go to the doctor this afternoon for my two month follow-up after a hip replacement with complications. I'm eager to get back to walking and swimming and hope I will be cleared for both, and maybe for some gym equipment.

    My August goal will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

  • Off to a strong start. It was gorgeous outside today, so I took a long walk along a trail beside the lake, and a shorter walk through some woodlands.

    Total to date: 90 minutes

  • Saw the doc today and I am on restricted activity for at least 2 weeks. sigh
