I don't know how I will do this month because I am having surgery and will be laid up for a few weeks starting next week. That means no food prep, healthy shopping, or exercise. I really don't know what will happen and it scares me. Anyway this is my goal
I am ready to focus on weightloss once more. I have to make it my no.1 priority cause if it isn't it doesn't happen. Reporting in here reminds me to keep trying.
