June goal: lose 4 lbs
SW: 128 GW: 124 06/01: 128 06/03: 127 06/04: 126.8 06/09: 126.4 06/10: 126.2 06/15: 125.2 06/17: 125 06/26: 124.6 - getting close to my June goal - hopefully will lose the .6 by the end of the month... |
I'm going to have to have a pretty amazing last few days of the month to bring this in. I think I am going to miss.

Thanks for starting this Joy Starting - 255.6 Current - 245.8 (-9.8) Goal - 247.6 (8 pound loss) June 1: 255.6 June 2: 254.6 June 3: 253.3 June 4: 252.8 June 5: 251.6 June 6: 250.8 June 7: 250 I can smell a new decade in my future June 8: 249.4 (I got on the scale 3 times and it said the same number. I don't believe it...we'll see what tomorrow says!) June 9: 249.8 TOM June 10: 249.8 TOM June 11: Did not weigh June 12: 250.2 June 13: 250.2 June 14: 251 - Boo hiss I'm sore today, so I'm wondering if its water weight from sore muscles. Maybe next month we'll do 8 pounds instead. Anything extra will just be awesome.
