Well, it must have been water weight. I will add a bonus goal of 3 pounds. If anything, I will be happy if I maintain my first goal. Let's see what June has in store.

Major water woosh due to purposely not eating crap + a short jog followed by serious sweating.... this always happens the first day....the trick is stringing together more than a few on point days and not freaking out when the scale goes upwards anyway....

Jumping in with both feet...a few days late but better than not at all right?

Thank you Tuscany. I think all the water weight is leaving now. I did a join a Biggest Loser thing at my job, so I hope that will help too.
