Major water woosh due to purposely not eating crap + a short jog followed by serious sweating.... this always happens the first day....the trick is stringing together more than a few on point days and not freaking out when the scale goes upwards anyway....

Thank you Tuscany. I think all the water weight is leaving now. I did a join a Biggest Loser thing at my job, so I hope that will help too.
