At this rate I need to lose .5 pounds a day to make my goal.
I think that might be a far stretch, but I'll work at it. I will be happy with 259 which will be my FIRST MAJOR goal of -35 pounds. Presently I have lost 10% of my weight ... so, no complaints here. Just a lot slower than when I was doing Ideal Protein.
