Actually, this isn't a daily challenge. You can participate even if you weigh weekly, or every other day, or every two weeks, or whenever the spirit moves you! It's up to you. The challenge is simply to set a goal as to how much weight you think you can realistically lose in April and then work toward that. You report your progress as often as you want. Feel free to hop right in!
It just so happens that most people who participate in this challenge weigh daily. As for me...I always try to weigh daily. When I'm not dieting, I sometimes stop weighing daily, and that tends to be when I gain weight. I guess daily weighing just keeps me honest!
And, P.S., it's always a challenge month. Every month Joy starts a new thread!
