Everyone we are about half-way thru this challenge. I update on my first post. I have been struggling with my food. But will get this overeating over come this week. I can't keep gaining weight. I have been getting to the gym some and do weights but only a little cardio. I hope to get to 174 by the end of the challenge instead of my final goal weight. Good Luck, Everyone!

Hi VickieLou, howdy everyone I haven't done a challenge in so long, I'd like to join in! BTW I borrowed your schedule but changed it to weigh-in Wednesdays! lol
AUGUST
8/3: 237.9 lbs.
8/10: 238.8 lbs. (that's a gift considering how much I binged yesterday, sadly I think I binged away my TOM whoosh lol, but I'll live, I'm just excited to finally be doing something positive about my health again)
8/17: 237.1 (I actually weighed in 8/19, not 8/17)

How is everyone doing this week? I gained a little less than a pound this week, but I've been going through PMS & emotional binging issues. I came up with a new plan that someone suggested awhile back which is to stop bringing debit/credit cards out when I go shopping because it's like a license to kill my pancreas and waistline, I almost always make crappy choices even last night when I thought I was doing pretty good but binged. So now I want to be a cash only, shopping list only woman for the next few weeks. Anyone else try this method when you have a binge eating issues?

How did everyone do? I gained weight about 23 Lbs. I haven't been on plan since April 2016. My Dad passed away in August. I'm going to start another challenge called? Let's Keep The Weight Falling Off. If anyone would like to join me.

I weighed this morning and I am up 6.2lbs for this challenge. I started at 264.3 and today I am 270.5. Mid summer I just made a decision to maintain around 270 as I just couldn't focus and stay on plan consistently enough to get weight off. I'm preparing to do that now. Fall is my weightloss friend.
