LABOR OUR WAY TO WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE: April 1st to September 5th.

Weigh in can be any day You want. Good Luck!

Lowest Weight in 2016: 193.6

SW: 196 CW: 218 (+ 22) GW: 174 Revised on 6/20/2016. I changed from 132 to 174 for this Challenge.

APRIL
4/1: 196
4/9: 195 (- 1)
4/18: 200.8 (+ 4.8) I was out of town on Saturday and Sunday. I weighed in on Monday.
4/23: 200.2 (+ 4.2)
4/30: 201.4 (+ 5.4) I'm going in the wrong direction with my weight.


MAY
5/6: 201.6 (+ 5.6) I was out of town so used 5/6 weigh in.
5/14: 205.4 (+ 9.4)
5/21: 206.6 (+ 10.6)
5/28: 208 (+ 12)


JUNE
6/3: 207.6 (+ 11.6)
6/11: 208.2 (+ 12.2)
6/18: 210.4 (+ 14.4) I'm gaining instead of losing weight.
6/25: 211.2 (+ 15.2)


JULY

This is awesome! I'm sooo slow at losing weight that frankly, it's depressing and normally what makes me give up. Hopefully this is long-term enough that my slow loss might actually add up to something if I commit myself. Thanks for making this!

candid, I hear Ya! I'm a slow loser also, some of the challenges for weight loss don't work well for me either. NOW the good news. Those who lose a modest 1 or 2 pounds a week are more likely to keep the pounds off for good. YEAH!
