I totally missed my goals this week. I lifted 1 day, no Zumba at all, and left my Fitbit at home accidentally. I'm glad this month is OVER. 2 more months of chilly weather, then it's my favorite time of the year!

I ended up with lower back pain after spending all of Saturday morning on my feet, staffing a table at a conference. I took a couple of slow walks yesterday, so the minutes were okay, but the steps weren't what I'd usually get from that much time walking. It looks unlikely that I'll make my goals, after all, this month -- but I got close!
