1200 minutes
8 Strength Training sessions,
23 days of at least 8K steps

You left me off the list, but that's okay! I came here today to back out anyway. I have an unknown injury - doctor is not sure if it's a pelvic stress fracture, hamstring tear, or tendonitis. In any case, I can't run for a month and have to re-think my whole exercise agenda for February.

I actually am finishing this week's challenge EARLY!!
Sun: Rest Day
Mon: Zumba + 14K steps
Tues: Worked 5K steps (doesn't count)
Wed: 10K steps
Thurs: Lifting + 12K steps
Fri: 10K steps
GOAL MET FOR THE WEEK
