  • Wow I completely fell apart on this challenge this month. I was not focused and I got sick at the end of the month. I need to work on consistency and routine-as in I need to get it into my head that *I am person who is physically active* and that this is normal for me.

    So I am after an achievable goal which I hope to build on over the course of the year. When the February Challenge begins I'll join up and begin again.

    I didn't quite make my 4x/week running goal, due to the pain/injury I sustained last week. I had to take it easy for the race today. Otherwise, with my excused absences for race tapering, I met goal.

    For anyone who's interested: I kinesio-taped my injured area last night and today I ran the fastest miles I've ever done. Hoping the lingering pain is just from a strained ligament.
