12/20: big fancy dinner out last night and we didn't even get started until 8 pm at that......not going to weigh until tomorrow
12/21: 151.0 lbs - not too bad after my yummy weekend. I'll continue to flush out the salt.

12/23: 151.0 lbs stand still.....must drink more water
12/24: 152.0 lbs tummy probs still
12/25: 152.0 lbs still no relief, but my Christmas food choices have not been stellar
12/26: 151.0 lbs drank a Coke Zero for the first time in ages this morn....that should get things moving
12/27: 150.4 lbs Woot! Back to just below last weekend's low. I'm getting closer to goal but probably not possible to lose 1.2 lbs by Friday, since I'm off work all week. Work helps me stay on plan....must stay focused
12/28: 150.2 lbs. slowly but surely.....almost into a new decade!
