I'm on an upswing with weight right now, but that's okay because I've been eating well within my calories. The whole permanence thing I'm trying to develop (aka be able to do this eating thing for a long time and not lose my mind) means being able to eat out or eat foods prepared by others multiple days/meals in a row and still stay on plan. Which is what I'm doing for like the next month. Salty foods are a 'comin. Fluctuations ahoy.
