  • Hello ladies! Long time no see! Life got crazy busy and I'm never on my real computer much these days. I am today, so I wanted to pop in and give you all a quick hello and wish you all a wonderful Christmas (because who knows when I'll be able to check back in )!!

    Looks like there are some new faces and some oldies but goodies too!

    I hope everyone is doing well!! Congrats to everyone on their losses since the last time I was here!

  • Joining a bit late after a long period of regression into my old habits...the end result is the gaining back of every pound having ever lost and up 4 more from there but it's my own fault and instead of crying about it I am going to hold myself accountable and try harder to get my health on track and rid myself of my fat suit.

    I hit goal really early knowing I was gonna go on vacation next weekend. Not planning on binging on 4,000 calories a day or anything but I'm not gonna restrict. So my second goal is to lose what I gain on the vacation and maintain for Dec.
