I'm a little behind with my exercise this month but managed to get in a 60 minute walk today.

Dec Goal: 1000 minutes

I'm back off vacation and ready to start the Dec exercise challenge. I did get in lots of exercise & activity while I was away and even went to the gym 3 of the days I was cruising.

My Dec goals are to workout at least 4 times a week.
