I'm a little behind with my exercise this month but managed to get in a 60 minute walk today.

I need to get back to running and weight training. I over-shoot my goals and end up tangled in my messy life. So I'll take it a little at a time. This week: Run Thursday, weights Friday, Run Saturday, weights Sunday :carrot: |
I'm back off vacation and ready to start the Dec exercise challenge. I did get in lots of exercise & activity while I was away and even went to the gym 3 of the days I was cruising.
