Dec 3 Used stairs instead of elev at work, 5 flights; 10 min walk outdoors to parking lot
Dec 4 10 min walk outdoors; 5 min indoor mini stepper
Dec 5 30 min brisk walk on treadmill, 15 ab curls, 10 min salsa dancing

Hi, I hope it is ok to join now. I have not exercised in a long while, so I am setting my goal for 15 minutes three times a week. I know that is not much, but I am pretty sure I can do more but don't want to get discouraged . Have a wonderful evening!
