I'm going to miss my 24 days of 8K steps goal (but I'll see how close I can get!). The good news is that I met my strength-training goal yesterday! Since I had to do my workout indoors again, I figured that I might as well get that done.

I managed it - 2km a day under 20 minutes. Made 100km in December for cardio ( mostly walking, a little running and cycling). |
I'm going to say I made my goal of running 4x/week. This week is only half in December, and I've run 3x, with a plan to run again on Saturday.
