OMG!! I just realized I'm only 21 lbs away from no longer being obese! I have been Obese since I was like 10 years old! AHH!! Sorry I jst had to say something I am so excited! <3
Woohoo! You got this!! Something to keep you motivated
If you still want to join the challenge then please go to the first post for the rules + the link to the spreadsheet! If you were already part of the challenge but your information is gone, it's because you haven't weighed in for more than 2 weeks. If you want back in the challenge, please ask me to re-add you to the spreadsheet.
Riestrella - Thank you so much for your encouragement and positive thoughts. *hugs* I wish I had the energy you have to take all those classes!! LOL Wow, the things I could do with it!! (Like my house would actually be clean! LOL)
Rebecca - Congratulations!! That's an amazing achievement you'll be reaching soon! I love your avatar. You look great!

Hey guys! How's it going? Was just looking at the charts today and realised there's just 2 weeks to go! Crazy.
BF had bunion surgery on both feet so I've been looking after him since Monday. Today he's up and about with his new space boots and he doesn't need to keep them iced so I think my duties as a nurse are over. I'm happy to do it, but I found it tough, you nurses out there I salute you!
Weight has been up recently, I tend to gain when I'm consistently exercising after a break but I'm also not doing great with the eating/hydrating side of things. Finding a balance has been difficult. Period is here now and it's making me feel tired and hungry!
-----------
Jesslan - You know the energy is very much motivated by money! I'm not a frivolous spender so paying the money up front for ClassPass has really made me think "well, if I don't go, I'm wasting money!" It's really helped, haha. How are you doing?
Riestrella, just posted my weight for the week. I forgot to post yesterday so I'm hoping I can be captured in either the spreadsheet or through the thread. Maintaining a steady 203. With all the food I've been around, and Christmas and various holiday parties, I'll take it!

Hi everyone. I think I am going to do the next challenge from here as I really don't belong in the 100 lb club. I was just there because of a friend.
Riestrella, great job on all the classes you are taking! You sure have more energy than I do!
Jesslan Rose, I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your mother. I got a bad infection from a surgery a couple years ago and I didn't realize until later how much danger I was in from it. It took me 6 months to recover, but I did. I'm so sorry to hear that your mother didn't make it. It's so senseless for that to happen. May you find peace in knowing you are carrying out her wishes for you.
Wannabehealthy - No problemo! The 100 lb club is active in the spreadsheet, but not so much in the chat thread I've found! Thanks! I just need to make sure my nutrition matches my energy in the exercise arena. How are you doing?

Riestrella, I'm happy that I maintained Onederland through the challenge. I am determined to get back to exercising on the 26th. I've been busy with holiday preparation and I've been procrastinating because I've had some blood pressure issues that are now resolved, so I'm not waiting for Jan 1....

Well done on maintaining onerderland! Awesome stuff. Great idea about getting back on it on the 26th, a lot of people would wait until the 1st, best to get a head start!
The next challenge "New Year, New You" will be posted on December 28th!
Last day of the challenge is here! Thank you all so much for participating, I do these challenges because I know I want to stay accountable so it's amazing to see so many people join me on that journey. I also do these challenges because it's so much motivation seeing all your successes.
If you participated in the measurement challenge, don't forget to get the tape measure out and see how you've changed!
Enter your final weights by tomorrow morning and check back to see the results!!
THANK YOU Riestrella, for all the work you do in providing a wonderful accountability thread for three threads. I plan to continure with your next challenge and will try to participate more in the threads.
My weight loss this last week was due to stomach flu. Head is still funny so movement and eating still at lows. Will be interested to use the recent weight loss and continue after full recovery. Really want to get back to a "normal weight" and lose the spare around the middle.
Hope everyone did well in this challenge and you will be inspired by the approaching new year to be your very best!
