7. Took a walk past two lakes to Whole Foods and back - 3.4 miles, moved boxes, packed, sorted, etc 5 hours. Pure exhaustion after that

Goal: complete the first 3 1/2 weeks of the Couch to 5K program.

I ran Day 1 of the program yesterday, and didn't die but it was much harder than I thought it would be. Of course, the outside temperature was about 95, so that might have had something to do with it! :hot: Looking forward to better runs once the weather cools off.
