Joy, you stated mine perfectly; however, I've decided to change it. As I sit here nursing a sore hamstring, I realize perhaps it's not that I'm just being too lazy or unorganized to make the shortened weekend gym hours, but rather I need a break and the shortened weekend hours make that possible. I had good intentions, but please change my goal to "Gym 5 days a week." Thanks!

Revised Goal: Make it to the gym 5 days a week

Yesterday's exercise was vacuuming the heavy drapes in the bedroom. There are railroad tracks a block away so we need them to deaden the sound. Cleaning them is a big project and I feel it in my arms, shoulders, and hips this morning.

Jacqui_D: hope you're feeling better soon! It's a tricky business getting the exercise at the right place -- I get pain from too little exercise and from too much. I have to find the sweet spot.

September goals: 1300 min, 21x 8K steps, 8x Strength Training

1: 25 walk, 15 dance; 40/1300, 1/21 8K
