Well howdy all you June Goal peeps! Thank you Joy for keeping track of us

I am going for the gold this month and shooting for 10 pounds. I have missed my last two goals by pretty small margins and this goal I am going to hit, I am determined! May's goal I missed by HALF A POUND! lol I gave my scale a seriously dirty look when I got on it cause I was 300.5 pounds after I had gone to the bathroom in the morning so I couldn't have asked for a better result. Since I have one of those super accurate weighted doctors scales (not the digital ones) I couldn't argue with it. lol

So, I wish everyone great luck for this month and LET'S DO IT!

My Motivational song of the month: RACHEL PLATTEN: Fight Song

Jendestiny ~ You will see twonderland real soon. I chuckled at the dirty look thing. I have a bad habit of expletives being mumbled under my breath at mine..lol. Good luck with your goals this month. You are doing an amazing job thus far.

jacqui ~ Thanks for the info. I'll check it out when I get a moment. Whatever it is, it surely is working wonders for you. What was the lost last month..20 pounds? A-MAZZZZE-ING.

Ambience ~ Ward? In a hospital? I used to work the night shift. Matter of fact, thats all I have worked up until this new job and finally got a day shift. Feels weird, but I am adjusting. Don't let the quiet drive you to eat though. What about a good book to pass the time?

LovelyLeah ~ Haha. Love me some meme's. They always give me a good laugh. THanks for sharing.

Turtle11 ~ Good luck. Any loss is a good thing. Be proud. I'm rooting for ya.

CatRN78 ~ Whew...a slow-cooker on vacation? Now there is some dedication. I'm actually worried about our vacation but you have me thinking I can find some work-arounds like that. Thanks.

verywell and GordonGirl16 ~ Glad to have you guys join us.

SW - 169.9
6/1/ - 170.6
6/2 - 170.9
GW - 164.9

I just made the most beautiful breakfast. One egg omlet with on slice of cheese, roasted yellow pepper, mushrooms and asparagus. It was yummy. I'm working from home today and had time to cook. Yogurt and fruit for lunch. Going to the movies tonight and want just a little bit of that devilish theatre popcorn.

kelijpa - Hey girl! How about we get our butts out of the 170s? Don't know about you...but I feel I have been stuck here forever. At least we aren't gaining...but I sure would like to see a big drop.

Okay all you losers out there (and I mean that in the best way possible)...let's get pumped up and moving!!! Have a great Tuesday!

Good morning everyone. Well the day is off to a great start for me. I did get in a few miles and I was down another pound this morning. Love the breakfast boatingmommy. I am a big fan of a simple egg sandwich. That is about what I eat every morning. One of those thin bagels, a piece of skim milk cheese and 1 egg. Low on calories and gets me going. In any case, you folks have a wonderful on-plan day. I know I sure will.

I need to rethink my morning vitamins or find them in a different type because the last few morning I've been choking and gagging on them and this morning was the worst. I even took them a couple at a time instead of all at once. I wonder if it's my B12 pill. I just had to start taking that a couple of days ago. I've been dealing with some numbness, especially in my left foot, so my doc checked my B12 levels and found they were severely low. If my gagging problem is the B12 I'm screwed! But I'm gonna try stopping the fiber capsules and try a different method. I try eating high fiber foods but I just can't seem to ever make it to the recommended amount. I read an article where they add some psyllium fiber powder to their smoothies so I might try that route.

I can't wait until my new 10-week old german shepherd has her final round of shots and I try to start taking her for walks. I want to train her young to walk on the leash but she's not allowed to come into contact with other dogs until she's fully vaccinated.

I'm new here! Hopefully it's cool if I join in.

Starting weight: 250
July goal: 239

I'm just starting out so I think that should be doable?

Welcome Future! This is great place to get support and accountability. Knowing I have to check-in gives me a little extra push and everyone here is so nice that even when you slip they are here to give a little encouragement.

I don't really like weighing in everyday because it's so frustrating to see things not moving every day! But I know it will go down eventually

Hello everyone! It has been far too long since I belonged to this group and I hope you'll have me once again. I'm Sandye and once upon a time I chimed into these threads daily. I made it to my weight loss goals with the the help and support of the wonderful women who used to be here and I hope to do it again with you ladies.

Speaking of those wonderful ladies...

Delphi ~ Girl, you have no idea how happy I am to see your bright and smiling face here!!! I have missed you!

As I mentioned above, I reached my goal once. Unfortunately, between 'taking a month off' and depression kicking in, I spiraled over the next five years and not only gained the weight I lost back, but put on a ton more. I topped out at 259. Needless to say, I needed a huge kick in the butt. Despite many attempts at getting the weight off, I never got past 40 lbs lost and kept failing and seeing the numbers on the scale rise.

Fast forward to January 21st, 2015. I stepped on the scale and saw 259. I was so angry and ashamed and fed up. For months, years I had been trying to talk myself into getting my butt in gear, I had set dates for it, I had challenged my husband, nothing worked. A dear friend of mine offered to be my daily sounding board, someone to hold me accountable, it just what I needed! So on January 21st, I jumped back on the bandwagon, strapped myself in tight and took off. I am down 47 lbs and going strong. I would love to join in with you ladies and check in when I can (we homeschool so my free time is limited) and to cheer you all on.

So, enough babbling from me. I'll just leave my goal right here...

SW: 212
GW: 207

(Just started upping my cals to go with P90X3 and I'm skeptical that I'll lose anything...just hoping to see five pounds go!)

Have a fantastic day ladies!!!!
