Well, I am back where I was before last weekend's debacle...I am going no soda...no alcohol this weekend. Been having a lot of reflux problems, and I am just going to have to stick to my guns for a while. It will help with the weight and with the GERD. I know I am on the path to having an ulcer if I don't. Gosh, so much has been going on with everyone...besides losing the weight. Wisdom teeth problems, flat tires...50 POUNDS LOST!!!.....so much more. Wish I had time for personals, but I am trying my best to keep up with everyone by reading the posts. Happy Friday, everyone! |
