Week 1: Exercise fail.

Ok, I'll start off by saying I had a plan. Start a new diet and get back to my usual exercise routine. Well...the Warrior Diet kicked my booty. And I'm not even mad. :dizzy: Finally found a program that I can imagine being on long-term. :carrot:

70,000 steps for the week / Tracking with Fitbit
5 Strength training sessions
5 HIIT workouts

Results: Haven't completed steps for today but positive the total for the week won't be 70K. ZERO strength training. And (2) HIIT workouts.

It wasn't a fantastic week. But, I'm feeling more energetic every single day. And I'm looking forward to week #2. Same goals.

Woo hoo Exercise! My fav thing! I never thought I would ever enjoy it so much but going to the gym is my time to myself, away from the hectic of my house and time to socialize with my friends. Oh, not to mention, it is giving me the best goal ever, WEIGHT LOSS AND HEALTH! yippie!

The first part of June I didn't get in that many work outs because I was a bit under the weather so I missed two days and three days were not at full steam. Now that that is out of the way my goal is to give it 110% for the rest of the month and blow my goal out of the water! So June Exercise Challenge is to get my full 6 workouts in each week.

Full Workout is 10 min treadmill warmup, 3 rounds on weight machines (takes about 30 min), 12 minutes on treadmill again and 20-25 min on elliptical machine.

June 1: Full Workout
June 2: No Workout
June 3: No Workout
June 4: 1 round weights, 25 min elliptical
June 5: 1/2 round weights, 20 min elliptical
June 6: 10 min tread, 1 round weights, 25 min elliptical
June 7: Rest

Only missed one of my planned workouts this week but I went fartger today than I had planned. Four miles!!! There was a nice long walking break halfway :)
