I had first run today....after two weeks I think.
I started the 10k training now. Did the first day of that. Was pretty hard but I just did it a pace what was comfortable for me. The difference is from 5k training, that it lasts an hour! 5 min warm up then 4x10 minute runs with 1 min walking in the middle and then 5min cooldown. Did 7km all together, pretty happy about it. I also checked out the scales today...after the run, just in case
179lbs! Phew. At least I didn't put any weight on with my eating crap and not exercising weeks! That is a great motivation!
I know I won't get close to losing 10lbs this month but I will try for 5 more by the end of May.
Ideally would like to lose another 20lbs by 17th of July. This is my graduation and I am going on a hoilday after that!
Can I do it?! Hope so
