Really excited for the new month to be able to join some challenges! I'm in my second week of being back on track after losing and regaining in the past.... my biggest loss was when I used this board around 3 years ago so I'm really excited to be back!
Last time I went brutal, big losses, strict changes. This time i'm being real and every change I make should be something that I can do forever.
For May I would like to lose a kilo a week
As I still have a lot of weight to lose I hope to make this happen without having to be too strict. for June I will probably lessen my goal or make it more about life than the scales.
secondary aim is daily weigh ins to help me to understand my patterns, not to beat myself up when things aren't going my way.
i will post on the morning on 1st May with my start weight and weekly and total goals.
