Well, exercise has been difficult for me these past few years. My goal has been to increase exercise after I lose tonnage, but losing has proven difficult as well. I just found out I have RA, which explains a lot, and also increases my need to exercise. I have been enjoying the pool and hope to keep up with that. If I can go 12 times in May (roughly 3X per week), that will be 1080min of exercise (when I go to all the trouble to get into the pool, I stay at least 90min--moving continuously and not allowing my feet to touch bottom).
....so GOAL: 12 visits to the pool in May Fri 01: 90min pool exorcise #1 Sat 02: 90min pool exorcise #2 Sun 03: 90mim pool exorcise #3....so far, so good, and I'm LOVIN' this! |
So I've already struggled to get my steps in in a purposeful way. My daughter had a birthday sleepover on the weekend so I spent my time cooking, cleaning etc in between checking on a great bunch of 15yros camping in the paddock.
However today is a new day! |
So, I was really busy this weekend. Though I did manage to get my yard in order and all my flowers out and my rear-end is sore to prove it.
05/01: 2 hours putting out flowers and shoveling a trailer load of mulch into flower beds. Whew!!! 05/02: Rest day. 05/03: Rest day. 05/04: 45 minutes of cardio with MFC. |
