Joy, yeah I guess I could have called it strength, too! My arms actually weren't very sore. I can tell my strength training over the last year+ has really made a difference, especially when loading the canoe onto the Jeep.
Tonight is my full strength workout at the gym, so I'll hit 5/6. I'll probably get close to 30 miles for the month, but I've been ramping up the running so I'm thinking 35-40 will be a good goal for next month. Although I may be moving so who knows what's gonna happen! Hope everyone else is hitting their goals this month!
