  • Thanks BFR! Luckily we have also only given the kids soda as an occasional treat and their junk food habits pale in comparison to the kids they go to school with. I completely agree that kids need to be taught early how to have healthy eating habits...I did the wheat bread switch too and worked through the complaints, now that's the only kind they like and they can't believe they never liked brown rice before! haha It's so much easier following my own plan when everyone else in the house is on board too.
