I'm joining in a bit late, but my goal for this year is to finally reach my goal weight of 92 lbs (sounds crazy but I'm literally a hobbit) and to look better for my wedding in the late summer. I purposely bought a wedding dress a tad bit too small for me so I really do need to lose the weight in order to fit in it. No weight loss, no weddings! :frypan: The stakes are high. :D

Starting weight: 106 lbs/48 kg (since Feb.)
Goal weight: 92 lbs/42 kg by Fall 2015
I'm aiming to lose 2-3 lbs a month.

I am glad to get out of 2014. 2015 is the new year. I want to get into wonderland. I plan to get back into wogging.(walk/jogging) going to walk in January then start c25k. I also want to get stronger in my yoga and start weightlifting.
January goals. Walk 5 days a week. Weightlift 2 days a week. Yoga weekly class and 1-2 days practice on my own. Plank challenge. Meditate 5 minutes daily. Eat 5 colors/day and track calories, no more soda. Lose 6 lbs this month.

Well glad to see I wasn't the only one a little lost.
February was a rough month in New England. I was next to no walking, then seemed to have PMS for 3 weeks. Finally the scale dropped on day TOM hit. I am down almost 27lbs since New Years. Going to break out of the 220's this weekend. I am determined.

I am slacking. LOL I am back again. After my last post where I work annouced they sold part of the comapny and there was chaos. So now that has died down a bit and the weather is better I feel like I can focus on me again.

No dice this month. Ugh! Down 3.4 for the year, though. Goal will be 175 for April.
