I pretty much followed my food plan today!!!!
What I actually ate
8am South Beach bar
2pm apple with peanut butter
5pm 1 bean burrito
It's 7 now, not feeling hungry, not sure if I will need/want the 8pm popcorn

Still coughing a lot so no treadmill yet, hopefully tomorrow.

Plan for tomorrow...
8am Fiber One bar
2pm omelette and yogurt
5pm family dinner, thinking something with chicken??
8pm baby carrots and hummus

I think being so sick has made me lose my appetite, so at least one good thing is coming from me coughing my lungs out, LOL

I'm so excited to do this again! 2014 was so amazing for me in terms of weight loss, and changing my overall lifestyle. I cannot wait to see what I can accomplish in 2015!

About to throw my hands up and have a whole cheesecake! It's frustrating when you are OP and exercising and you see no results or, worse, negative results! SOMETHINGS GOTTA GIVE!!!

Jb1975-Sorry its frustrating for you right now Hang in there though, the scale will eventually move.

Saw some of the water weight go bye-bye!!!!

Yesterday I was at 235.2 and this morning I weighed in at 232.4. Hoping it sticks and I can see some "real" weight loss now!

I would love to see 10 pounds lost by valentines day. That's definitely a lofty goal, but I've been working really hard so I might be able to do it!

I did p90x yoga for the first time in about a year and I am so sore!! Its unreal. My entire core is killing me, I'm going to try it again next week and hope it will be a bit easier. Ive been doing mostly interval cardio since I started exercising. Now I'm up to 45 minutes on the elliptical on interval setting, but I wanted to add in some strength. My weight is 189.8 right now, but I'm assuming since I'm crazy sore I'm probably holding onto a ton of water to repair my muscles. My weight loss always gets a little screwy when I start a new exercise regime, but it I usually have a whoosh eventually. I'm looking forward to a whoosh!

I am hoping I will get close back to where I started this challenge.

I think it is unrealistic of me to expect to drop any weight, when I am tied to my chair.

It does not help that I eat like a piglet too

Dr. cleared me to walk on treadmill, I think I will try tonight; I will go slow.
