I pretty much followed my food plan today!!!!
What I actually ate
8am South Beach bar
2pm apple with peanut butter
5pm 1 bean burrito
It's 7 now, not feeling hungry, not sure if I will need/want the 8pm popcorn
Still coughing a lot so no treadmill yet, hopefully tomorrow.
Plan for tomorrow...
8am Fiber One bar
2pm omelette and yogurt
5pm family dinner, thinking something with chicken??
8pm baby carrots and hummus
I think being so sick has made me lose my appetite, so at least one good thing is coming from me coughing my lungs out, LOL
