So, I had a goal weight in mind for Valentine's Day. But, seeing as how I am blowing up like a freaking balloon and have gained over 6 pounds since Christmas, landing me at a weight higher than that at Thanksgiving.....well, I'd almost be happy to just not GAIN any!!!

SW: 236.6 (1/2/15)
Goal: 219.9 (-16.7) OR AS CLOSE I CAN GET!!! I know SOME of this has GOT to be "water weight"!

I am getting over pneumonia so I hope to be back on my treadmill soon. With my weekly weigh in I will also post my miles on the treadmill. I also do so much better if I plan out my menu for the day ahead of time. So here is my plans for tomorrow.

Bkfst - Special K protein cereal
Lunch- sandwich, apple slices with peanut butter
Dinner- cottage cheese/sugar free jello
Walk 1 mile on the treadmill if my cough is doing better

I really have to do some grocery shopping tomorrow too. It was a stretch to think of food for tomorrow. I need to plan well before I head to to the store.

I love this! I need motivation so I don't procrastinate, mini goals are where it's at! I would love to be at my overall goal weight by August (67lb loss, might be unrealistic but I'm flexible to seeing what's right for my body)

This sounds like fun My official weigh in day is Thursday, but I do weigh daily so I can go along with these dates! Not really sure what to do for a goal weight, but I want to be under 330.

What I actually ate today...
11am Special K Protein cereal/milk
4pm banana
6pm cottage cheese/sugar free jello and South Beach Good to Go Bar

I didn't get on the treadmill today but my daughter and I walked the dog around the neighborhood. I was surprised at how out of breathe I got. Think I need to wait another couple of days for the pneumonia to clear up more before I get on the treadmill. With everyone back to work/school tomorrow I hope to get more of a routine going.

Plan for tomorrow..
8am South Beach bar
2pm apple with peanut butter
5pm Whatever I fix the family for dinner(lots of veggies, easy on the starch)
8pm popcorn

If my lungs feel up to it I would like to get on the treadmill.
