Confession time, I haven't been on here since May. I was doing great with my weight loss/eating health and my exercise, but since May I have fallen complete off the wagon. And I know (even though I haven't weighed myself) I have gain a lot of the weight back :( I can see it in my face and my clothes aren't fitting the greatest again
it's time to get myself back together and continue with my weight loss journey. I need too. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and check back in |

Welcome back, Nichelle! My successful run at this came after re-gaining weight that I lost. It was a big wake-up call that I needed a structure like this thread, support like I get in other threads at 3FC, and a big permanent break-up with the Modern American Diet (MAD).

I haven't posted for a few days since I've been swamped with work. I had a slight gain, then held steady, and then moved in the right direction again this morning. I'm now halfway to meeting August's goal!

Kelijpa - Yes, I do so much better in the colder weather when we are not on the go so much. If I can just get back on track...but I don't seem to be able to in the past couple of months. Let's make a pact to hit it hard...after Labor Day...haha! Still got some boating and camping to do. I agree if I didn't at least try and be good during the week, I'd be back to the 180s again real quick!
Today's weight was the same...164! UGH! I have stayed on my WW points all week though and I've already warned those boating with us this weekend that I will only have a couple of beers on Saturday...none on Friday or Sunday. |
